Yes, that's exactly why we're here. You don't need any experience to run a Cinname franchise. Thanks to our years of experience, we’ve set up a successful concept. We build the branch, hand it over with a trained staff, and remain available for support 24/7/365. To make things even simpler, we’ve developed an automated system where processes like supply chain management, employee motivation, and payroll processing run automatically.
The main operational components are automated in our software. Based on sales, we track how much stock is left in the inventory and automatically deliver more. Of course, you have live online control of everything in the system, but you can also manage it manually as needed.
We find and analyze locations ourselves based on our experience from opening more than 400 branches. However, if you know of an attractive location (in the Czech Republic or abroad), we would be happy to discuss it with you. We can arrange anything from smaller towns in the Czech Republic to Dubai in the UAE.
Our system also includes a motivational reward program for baristas (salespeople). When they offer coffee alongside a cinnamon roll, it costs them nothing but can significantly increase the branch's revenue. Through their own sales initiative, they earn points, boost the branch's revenue, and receive better financial compensation. We are also able to filter out baristas with a lack of motivation during the hiring process.
We set branch prices so that your investment is returned within 3-5 years. Therefore, the most expensive locations in Dubai can cost up to 10 million CZK, while the least expensive locations in the Czech Republic range around 2-3 million CZK.
